The hotel is conveniently located just a few meters away from the railway station and Santa Maria Novella's church, making it a perfect spot for exploring the city. The rooms are basic, clean, and comfortable, but a bit tiny. The service provided, especially by the lovely Nadia, is incredibly helpful and heartfelt. However, the presence of mosquitoes outside prevents opening windows, which can be a downside. The dining options are good but might require an extra charge to enjoy meals at the sister hotel. Overall, a nice stay with a great location and friendly service.
